64 / Techie not triumphant

We all have off days when even the bravest and best can get fed up with  the demands made by our virtual world!   Even those who make a living simply by instructing others in the mysteries of the newest algorithm.  

So why not relax and breathe and simply take it easy?  Even five minutes can make a difference.  We needn't be ruled by invisible robots.  Not at least for five  brief minutes. Or  make it three if five's too much!

Whatever we can do for ourselves to loosen the constraints of time can only be good. Love, laughter and optimism are constant remedies!
