I just asked ChatGPT, 'Do you think robots will take over running my life?'   

Reply: If you mean quietly handle more of your routine tasks—like scheduling, managing finances, cooking, or driving—then yes, that’s very likely. 

Hmmm - well some days to be honest, I'd be thrilled if a robot came and did some cooking!

But then it wrote, But if you mean completely control your decisions or independence, that’s much less likely—at least not without people choosing to give up that control.

Hmmmm.  No thanks, rather not. 

So there you have it!  As that old saying goes, 'You pay your money and you take your choice!'  

Meanwhile, we all just have to do our best to keep faith rooted in love and the basic goodness and sense of the human race.   Plus the honourable intent of our technological wizards.  The challenge is on!
