51 / The Ageing Challenge

This might appear to be orientated more towards encouragement for women than for men!  Maybe women have a slightly tougher time on the link between age and appearance.  We seem to be expected to retain whatever we have of youthful looks for as long as possible!

Men, without doubt have their challenges too, on many physical fronts.  I suspect in the long term, both women and men only differ in the individual hurdles we all have to confront.

But there's a bonus.  Ageing allows you freedom to laugh. Particularly and especially at yourself.  Though, with kindness and compassion, I hasten to add!
