The fact is that when you sow grass seed, it doesn't turn into a lawn overnight! 

From what I've been reading and observing lately, maybe the concept of patriarchy, or male supremacy, is truly on the wane. After about two-thousand-six hundred odd years, last week a quietly persistent subterranean movement broke cover! 

The first woman in the history of the Anglican church has been appointed Archbishop of Canterbury. Can this herald a change in the constraints of all organised religions where the males are traditionally a dominant force? 

Let's just admire and respect the inherent talents of both sexes and indeed those in between. Life would be so much happier for everyone!
