#32 - Is there just one way to pray?
Today's Mimit is a gentle reflection on sending love in whatever way feels right.

If there's a topic inclined to raise hackles, provoke disputes, indeed cause wars, it's anything relating to religion. Talk about where angels fear to tread? However, I wrote this Mimit and I shall stick by it!
Once again, back to the Shorter Oxford. However, when the very word 'pray' in all its manifestations, ran to over 21.5 very detailed centimetres, I gave up! Instead, I'm offering you a quote from Meister Eckhart, the medieval monk and mystic:
"If the only prayer you said in your whole life was 'Thank you' that would suffice."
Gratitude, in my understanding, always seems to provoke a feeling of love. To pray, or send a prayer is, equally in my understanding, to send love. The manner in which we send that love, might often, if not always, be chosen by different people in different ways.
Who can say that's wrong?
Voilà! You may notice a theme here!
